Our history

Megamet is an independent, privately owned company founded in 1978. The owner, Hans-Ove Hansson, is actively involved in managing the company, which since the 1980s has specialised in refractory and acid-proof contracting.

We have owned our premises in Ängelholm, including the head office, warehouse and prefab production facilities, since 1995. Megamet has an annual turnover of around SEK 100 million.

The company has 30 employees manning the office and warehouse and the equivalent of 60 full-time installation, repair and service/maintenance personnel.
